Ancient waters and vibrant lands
await your beating heart
Encircled by the watchful gaze of three towering volcanoes, Lake Atitlán feels like a secret whispered by the Earth itself. The deep, sapphire waters—often called the "Mirror of the Gods"—shimmer under a highland sun, inviting you to lose yourself in its vast, tranquil beauty.
To be here is to embrace a spirit of adventure: whether you’re navigating the mist-covered surface by boat to discover hidden Mayan villages or hiking rugged trails that smell of wild jasmine and woodsmoke. As the golden hour fades into a velvet, star-drenched night, the lake becomes the ultimate sanctuary for a restless heart seeking both wonder and a profound, quiet connection to deeper waters.

Megan Flinn, C-IAYT, ERYT-500, LMT
After taking her fledgling yoga classes at Penn State, Megan experienced her first fully realized yoga class in New York City when a friend dragged her there kicking and screaming. From that first "real" class where she refused to "OM", things have changed a lot. Inspired by her beloved studios back in NYC like Prema Yoga Brooklyn and the Kula Yoga Project, as well as her myofascial and lymphatic massage therapy, structural integration work and continued learning in Mahayana Buddhism, Megan's classes are creative, explorative, and have the constant presence of breath, self-awareness and music.
IN MY CLASS, EXPECT: Creative sequences and transitions linking many poses together, with a clear purpose & reason for every piece of class. Expect anatomical cues, dynamic actions & and all kinds of movement. Singing is often an option in these classes. All levels are welcome & modifications will be given, but a degree of previous practice is recommended for Vinyasa
Kelly Paola, ERYT-500
I’m forever inspired by yoga as a practice of connection – between the deepest layers of ourselves, to our communities, to the natural world, and beyond. My hope as a teacher is to encourage a sense of curiosity and compassion in the ways we move our bodies, as well as the ways we move through the world.
I've been teaching yoga & movement for about 7 years informed by over 500 hours of training with One Point One Yoga, where I'm currently pursuing my IAYT certification in Yoga Therapy. I have the privilege of guiding & mentoring upcoming teachers through our Sadhana program, and offer both public and private classes.
IN MY CLASS, EXPECT: A blend of yoga asana with somatic movement, fluid & purposeful sequencing, pranayama, touch, and intentional stillness to cultivate an environment for students to learn, move, and explore their own strength.
