Gabrielle James

Gabrielle blends her gymnastics and theater roots with a soulful yoga practice, creating classes that feel like a joyful dance. Her sequences flow with intention, weaving breath, movement, mudras, and mantras into an uplifting experience. Known for her playful transitions and dynamic energy, Gabrielle invites students to explore flight and freedom on the mat. Since completing her 200-hour teacher training at Laughing Lotus Yoga Center in NYC in 2017, she has taught across NYC's vibrant yoga community and continues to inspire practitioners of all levels. Gabrielle’s classes are a celebration of movement, music, and mindful presence - they're a space to reconnect with body and spirit in a fun, welcoming way

Maureen Ferry

With a background as an educator - most recently as a middle school principal - and a seasoned yoga practitioner, Maureen seamlessly transitioned her expertise from leading a school to guiding individuals on their yoga journey. Her initial inspiration from practicing asana with her older sister years ago blossomed into a profound exploration of meditation and yoga philosophy during three transformative years living in India.

In her classes, Maureen combines thematic flows, a touch of humor, and accessible practices with introspective moments, hands-on assists and uplifting music. Her sessions reflect a journey of self-discovery, energy and community, inviting students to explore and grow as people on the mat so they can be their best selves off the mat. Join her on the mat to ignite your inner fire and reconnect with yourself in a welcoming space.
