Join Madison for a week long Yoga & Mindful Movement retreat. Wake up to volcano views on the shores of Lake Atitlán, where daily yoga, meditation, mindful movement, and nourishing meals create space to truly unwind.
This retreat blends intentional practice with adventure—exploring lakeside villages and connecting with living Mayan culture—while being gently guided by a meaningful theme woven through each day. Designed as much for rest and travel as for deepening your practice, it’s a chance to reconnect with yourself in a supportive, like-minded community.
Meet your Guide
Meet your retreat leader, Madison Fruitman. She has been teaching yoga since 2016 and leading retreats since 2020. Before fully stepping into this path, she worked as a television producer—an experience that honed her ability to curate seamless, intentional experiences. Today, she brings that same storytelling instinct into every retreat, thoughtfully weaving together movement, mindfulness, Yoga teachings, and meaningful connection.
What sets Madison’s retreats apart is the balance she creates: they are as much about rest, exploration, and travel as they are about deepening a yoga practice. Each retreat is anchored by a carefully chosen theme that invites personal growth, reflection, and a deeper connection to self—guiding the experience from the mat to shared meals to moments of stillness.
Born and raised in Toronto, Madison teaches yoga, Pilates, and mindful movement with a focus on linking breath, body, and mind. Her classes blend creative sequencing, curated playlists, and playful energy with hands-on support and space to honor each individual journey.
To Madison, yoga is a practice of calming the mind, regulating the nervous system, and returning to the present moment. Her intention is that what’s experienced on retreat becomes something lasting—offering a sense of clarity, strength, and connection that extends into everyday life.
