We begin booking scheduling requests about 3 months in advance of your retreat start date. Once you complete this request form, please allow at least one week for our scheduling coordinators to follow up with your requests.

This form includes scheduling options for:

• Diamond Dojo & Sky Zendo Platforms

• Ceremonies at Villa Sumaya

• Tours and Excursions

We recommend having a copy of your retreat schedule in hand when completing this form. You can find a sample schedule in your Group Leader Dashboard.

Note: This form is set up with pricing information for group retreats arriving between October 2026 and September 2027. If you are scheduling for a group outside of these dates, please contact reservations@villasumaya.com for assistance.
