Meet your Guide
Mark Balfe-Taylor is a yoga teacher, director, and movement educator with more than two decades of experience in the wellness and fitness industry. Beginning his yoga journey in 2004, Mark has taught internationally in Seoul, Hong Kong, Vancouver, San Diego, and Las Vegas, developing a reputation for powerful classes, intelligent sequencing, and transformational leadership. Over the years, Mark has played a key role in building and developing multiple yoga and fitness communities, creating class systems, training teachers, managing programming, and mentoring instructors. His work helped shape one of Las Vegas’ most recognized modern yoga movements, contributing to rapid growth, national expansion, and widespread industry attention. Known for blending discipline, accessibility, music, breath, and atmosphere into deeply immersive experiences, Mark has trained hundreds of teachers and led classes ranging from traditional Hot Yoga and Power Flow to Yin, mobility, and performance-based movement systems. Beyond the studio, Mark has represented the yoga community through festivals, media appearances, workshops, online programming, and private instruction for professional athletes, entertainers, and high-level performers. He has also contributed to the development of yoga programming for national fitness brands across multiple U.S. cities. Today, Mark continues to teach, mentor, and create experiences that challenge conventional wellness culture by bringing depth, authenticity, community, and human connection back to movement practice.
