What if you gave yourself permission to simply be?
Join us at the sacred and breathtaking Lake Atitlán for a retreat designed to help you slow down, soften your pace, and reconnect with yourself through the practices of yoga, meditation, ceremony, and intentional stillness.
Together, we’ll step away from the constant pull to do, achieve, produce, and plan—and create space for presence. Through daily yoga practices, meditation, breathwork, sacred ceremony, time in nature, and moments of quiet reflection, we’ll explore the deeper dimensions of yoga—not as something we accomplish, but as a way of coming home to ourselves.
Surrounded by the mountains, volcanoes, water, and extraordinary natural beauty of Lake Atitlán, you’ll have the opportunity to let your nervous system settle, your body breathe, and your practice deepen.
There is nowhere to rush. Nothing to prove. Nothing to become. Just an invitation to listen inward, be fully present, and experience the profound simplicity of being exactly where you are.

Johannah Bradley
Founder of MPower Yoga | E-RYT 500
Johannah Bradley is the founder of MPower Yoga and has been practicing yoga for more than 18 years. As an E-RYT 500 teacher, she brings a dynamic, empowering approach to the practice, with an emphasis on strength, alignment, mobility, breath, and mindful movement.
For Johannah, yoga is ultimately about creating a deeper relationship with the body and discovering the strength that already exists within us. She believes a meaningful practice can offer more than physical transformation—it can create space to breathe, reconnect, and cultivate resilience both on and off the mat.
As a single mother of three and an entrepreneur, yoga has been a constant source of grounding and renewal throughout her life. She is passionate about creating practices that invite students to challenge themselves while also listening inward, finding balance between effort and ease, and experiencing the profound empowerment that comes from being fully present in the body.
