Christina Daley

I own Asteya Collective in Encinitas, Ca. I started my company as an online studio during Covid after being laid off from my corporate yoga job. A lot of teachers were live streaming on Instagram, Facebook and Zoom, and Asteya was born from the desire to start an online community with the favorite teachers putting together a consistent schedule.

The yoga world has brought me a lot of peace and connectedness to myself.  I decided to do my 200 hour teacher training and started teaching with the hope of gifting others the feeling of openness and release that yoga gave to me.  It truly inspired my teaching career to be very heartfelt and personal.
